COVID-19: Update
Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Service LLC
December 11, 2020
Due to the recent mandate (Executive Order No. 181) by North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper on December 11, 2020, Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services requires that all individuals entering our facilities must wear a face mask or some form of facial covering that protects the nose and mouth.
There are no more than 50 people that may gather for funerals and memorial services being held indoors. No more than 10 people may gather for visitation, viewing, or receptions.
We also promote that individuals practice the three W’s to limit the spread of COVID-19 which includes wearing a mask, washing your hands, and watching your distance.
Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services LLC will continue to serve families as we have done regularly, we recognize our responsibility to protect the health of our families and the communities which we serve. Therefore federal, state and local health ordinance may impact the number of people gathering for visitation, funeral, memorial service, and reception under the current Executive Orders by Governor Cooper.
