William E. Davis, 86, of Laurinburg, departed this on Thursday, October 12, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Goodwin Chapel AME Zion Church. Interment will follow in the Goodwin Chapel AME Zion Church, McColl, SC. A wake will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 20, 2023, at Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
