Troy Brewer

Troy Eugene Brewer, age 63 of McColl, South Carolina passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at Scotland Memorial Hospital. Troy was born February 2, 1960 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He retired after many years of service as a Mechanic with FCC Company. His co-workers said “Troy was very skillful at troubleshooting and repairing equipment”. Troy was a true sportsman, enjoyed hunting, riding motorcycles, camping and spending time with his family and friends. Troy will be missed deeply by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife Sandra Lee Brewer, his mother Ann Graves, his father Darrell Eugene Brewer and Grandmother Lizzie Graves.

He is survived by a son Travis Wilson Brewer (Brittany) , a daughter Stacy Lee Brewer; a brother Bill Corbitt (Carol), a sister Pat Graham (Nelson); nieces Tara Stubbs, Abby Locklear, Ann Gillis and Billie Jo Corbitt; a host of family, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at East Laurinburg Baptist Church. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
