Tasmra Manning, 42, of Laurinburg departed this life on February 18, 2025. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 2, 2025, at The Kenneth M. Purcell Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in the Spring Branch Matthew Memorial Gardens. A viewing and visitation will be held from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
