Rhonda Denise Covington Drakes, 60, of Brooklyn, NY formerly of Scotland County departed this life August 1, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 20, 2023, at The Kenneth M. Purcell Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in the St. Luke Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
