Pastor Leroy Payton Jr., 54, of Southern Pines, departed this life on Saturday, October 8, 2022. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 17, 2022, at Harrington Chapel FWB Church, Southern Pines. Interment will follow in the Pinelawn Memorial Park with Military Honors. A viewing and visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2022, at Harrington Chapel FWB Church. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
