It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Pastor Johnsie Lee Benjamin 67, of Laurinburg who departed this life on Thursday, March 24, 2022. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the Kenneth M. Purcell Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in the Stewartsville Cemetery. A viewing and visitation will be held from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2022, at Purcell Funeral Home, Laurinburg. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
