Minister Mary Magadeline Barnes Wright, 73, of High Point formerly of Scotland County departed this life on May 22, 2025. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Reedy Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. A viewing and visitation will be held from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
