Mildred L. Washington, 79, of Laurinburg, departed this life on Friday, November 24, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 3, 2023, at The Kenneth M. Purcell Memorial Chapel, Laurinburg. Interment will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Spring Lake. A viewing and visitation will be held from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremations.
