Mattie L. McQueen, 82, of Maxton departed this life on January 16, 2025. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Piney Grove Untied Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 24, 2025, at Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
