Margaret Gilchrist, 74, of Laurinburg departed this life on May 31, 2026. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Spring Branch Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the McGill Cemetery. A viewing and visitation will be held from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2026, at Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
