Luddie Mae Blount Shelton, 93,  of Engelhard, NC departed this life on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, November 5, 2023, at  Mt.Pilgrim Baptist Church 4506 Nebraska Rd  Engelhard NC 27824 “Slocum Community”. Interment will follow in the Cox Cemetery. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Courtesy of Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
