Mother Loulla Montez Garner Caddell, 91, departed this life on June 18, 2026. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2026, at Bellview AME Zion Church, Robbins. Interment will follow in the New Zion AME Church Cemetery. A viewing and visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
