Lacy J. McPhatter, 86, of New York, New York, departed this life Monday, April 3, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Jones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Laurinburg. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
