Keonta Marquez Pate, 21, of Laurinburg departed this life on December 25, 2025. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Bright Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Hillside Memorial Park. A viewing and visitation will be held from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
