John English better known as Dockey, 82, of Bennettsville, SC departed this life on Thursday, October 13, 2022. A funeral service will be held at 2:29 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at the Berea Convention Center, Bennettsville. Interment will follow in the Ideal Cemetery. A viewing and visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 18, 2022, at Bethea Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
