Helen Leggett Moore, 74, of Bear, Delaware departed this life on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on August 19, 2023, at The Kenneth M. Purcell Memorial Chapel, Laurinburg. A repast will follow in the Cardinal Hall of Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
