Hector Ocampo Marquez, 56, of Carthage departed this life on July 31, 2024. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2024, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Purcell Funeral Home, Southern Pines. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
