It is with profound sorrow that we announce the transition of Evangelist Clara McNair (McPhatter), 58, of Laurinburg who departed this life on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. A Homegoing and Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Bright Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Spring Branch-Matthew Memorial Garden, Wagram. A viewing and visitation will be held from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Purcell Funeral Home, Laurinburg. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
