Essie Eula McMillian, 90 of Raeford, departed this life Sunday, November 1, 2020. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2020, at Purcell Funeral Home, Laurinburg. Burial will follow in the Center Grover Church, Red Springs. Viewing and visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
