Emmaline E. Manning, 68, of Laurinburg, departed this life on Sunday, September 3, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 10, 2023, at the Kenneth M. Purcell Memorial Chapel, Laurinburg. Interment will follow in the Spring Branch- Matthews Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Purcell Funeral Home. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
