Cliffton Hailey Jr., 58, of Charlotte formerly of Marlboro County departed this life on February 7, 2024. A celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2024, at The Kenneth M. Purcell Memorial Chapel, Laurinburg. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.

Family will greet friends at the home of his sister and brother-in-law, Lawrence & Barbara Hailey Graham.
