Bishop Minnie A. Shanks, 80, of Fayetteville, departed this life on Thursday, October 27, 2022. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2022, at the Kenneth M. Purcell Memorial Chapel, Laurinburg. Interment will follow in the Pentecostal Church of Deliverance Purvis, NC. Services are entrusted to Purcell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
