Shyheem Ucif Utley

Shyheem Ucif Utley, aka “Hallow” or “Heem”, was born on August 20, 1998 at Moore Regional Hospital to Herschell Vincent Goodman & Gwendolyn Monique Utley.

Shyheem was a member of St. Peters Church in Southern Pines, NC. He attended Pinecrest High School Class of 2016 and later attended Sandhills Community College receiving his Diploma.  Shyheem worked at Magnolia Inn, Burger King, and Food Lion.  Shyheem real passion was the love he had for music.  His interest for music began around the age of 10.  He was a gifted up and coming hip hop artist, with the potential to go and do great things.  He was always happy, caring, and willing to do for others.  People loved to be around him.  Memories of Shyheem will forever live on through his music and the many lives he touched during his time with us all.  There will never be another Shyheem Utley.

Shyheem leaves behind to cherish his memories:  his father, Herschell Goodman; his mother, Gwendolyn Utley; brother, Potree; sisters, DaBrea Ratcliff, Lyric Ratcliff, Zarie, and Harmony; grandmothers, Nancy Ruth Utley, and Fern McGuire; grandfather; Thomas Turner; and proceeding in death, John Henry Rich; a very special niece, Milarie Ratcliff; a very special uncle, Sedrick Utley; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
