Mary Louise Davis

Mary Louise Davis was known for her kind and generous personality.  Let’s not forget her beautiful smile!  She loved her husband, Albert Davis Sr., and her children very much.  Still, most of all, she loved her father, God, and friend Jehovah.

Mary was born April 1, 1955 to Robert and Lucille Garner.  She was raised with her brother, Nathaniel Garner and sister, Sherry Moore.  She met the love of her life, Albert Lee Davis Sr., and they were wed July 26, 1978.  He was her dear friend and protector and she appreciated his loving care for her.  They soon had a beloved son, Albert Lee Davis Jr., and precious daughter, Pamela Louise Davis.  Mary also took in as her own son, Mener Easterling.  She also came to love as her own daughters, Albert’s wife Regina and Mener’s wife Amber.  She loved and adored all her children and she was so proud of them.

On the most important day of her life, she became a dedicated and baptized servant of Jehovah.  Her love for Jehovah was infectious and she helped all her family and others to come to know him.  She often told them, “Don’t forget to pray”, “Jehovah is so wonderful”, “I love the ministry”.  Even a couple of weeks before she fell asleep, though she was having a very difficult time, she said, “You got to stick to Jehovah!”

We deeply loved and will dearly miss our wife and mother.  How we loved her!  She leaves behind many family and friends that adored her and will miss her smile and kind manner.  Though our hearts are breaking, we know it will be just a moment until Jehovah heals our pain.
