Mr. Lacy Fairley was born in Scotland County on June 22, 1942 to the late Robert and Minnie McNair Fairley.
Lacy attended school in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was married to Lorrine. He got saved late in his adult life and was a faithful member of Joy Ministry Church before his health began to fail.
On March 10, 2017, he entered into eternal rest at Scottish Pines Rehab and Nursing center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Minnie McNair Fairley, and brother-in-law, Robert Greene.
He leaves to mourn his loss and cherish his memory: his sister, Mrs. Mary A. Greene (Robert) of Tampa, Florida, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Also special family friends, Bill and Ella M. Clark, and Mrs. Lillie Reese Brunson.
