Mr. Glenn Bullard, 64 of 2609 McLeod Dr. Maxton, North Carolina was born January 27, 1954, in Scotland County to the late Sherman Bullard. He went to rest Monday, September 24, 2018, at his home. Mr. Glenn Bullard loved to help people that were in need.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather Fred Scott Jr. and four sisters, Paula Harris, Gloria Brayboy, Patricia Locklear, Pasty Jacobs, and one brother Thurman Bullard.
He is survived by his son Archie Bullard; his mother Mary Canady; One brother Clayton Bullard and family and friends.
