Sister Fannie Lee (Mac) McNair daughter of the late Minister Robert and Fannie Banks (Benjamin Franklin Mclean) was born on September 1, 1953 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg North Carolina.  She attended Scotland County Public Schools.

Sister Fannie confessed Christ at an early age, and joined Gloria Pentecostal Laurinburg in North Carolina. Fannie wore many hats!! She played the keyboard, the President of the Adult Choir, Devotion Leader, Sunday School Secretary, and also the Leader of the Lanes Ensemble. Fannie was a faithful member of over 35 years.

Fannie later joined Kingdom Life Ministries, Laurinburg in North Carolina where she remained a faithful and active member until her death.

She was united in matrimony to Samuel L. McNair in 1991. Fannie answered her Masters call on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, North Carolina.

She leaves behind her husband, Samuel L. McNair of Laurinburg NC, her daughter, Minister Tywanna M. Blue (Keith) of Lake City SC, her God Daughter, Calercia Williams of Laurinburg NC, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, five sisters, Julia Mclean of Parkton NC, Almateen Graham (John) Jaqueline Banks both of Maxton NC, Carrie Hill (Henry) of Orrum NC, Yvonne Ladson (Charles) of Sumter SC, one brother, Robert Banks (Mary) of Clarksville, Tennessee, three sisters-in-law, Bonnie L. Wells, Cora Thompson (George), and Jacqueline Gillis, and three brothers-in-law, Roy D. McNair, Sheldon McNair (Bertha), and Wallace McNair.

Fannie was a mother to many. She help raise several children that were not her own. She traveled all over North and South Carolina even to New York City to help others with there children.

Fannie also leaves one special friend, Ms. Rose Mary Gordon whom she called Ma’Rose and a host of other relatives and friends.
