I am so sadden of hearing about the passing of my Uncle Jake, my mother Tishie Jones, brother and last sibling. I'm sorry to say that my memories of my uncle are that told by my older brothers and sisters being I'm number six out of eight children. My brother, Dennis Dexter Anderson, recalls our Uncle Jake taking him on his first airplane ride. My other siblings still have fond memories of him. I do recall speaking with my uncle approximately 8 years ago around Thanksgiving. I surprised my mother and told her that someone wanted to talk to her and to her surprise it was her brother. They spoke for over an hour. I had lost contact information for my uncle and now I'm sad to say that my mother has no they siblings to talk to. Days have turned into months and months into years. But we who know Jesus know that one day that we will be able to see and speak to uncle Jake when Jesus comes back for those who await Him. To my cousins and other family members I send my condolences on behalf of my mother, Tishie Jones and my entire family. Rest with Jesus Uncle Jake. One day we will meet when the trumpet sounds.

I was so sorry to read of your loss . It is no doubt still a very painful time for the family. The Bible holds out a real hope for the future for our loved ones who have died.
